Overview
Suite
Suite is software for small service based businesses (we wrote it for our IT Consulting company). The workflow in Suite is fairly simple. There are 3 ways one can approach a problem in Suite. From the client, from a ticket, or from a device. Tickets and devices are tied to clients. Devices can be attached to any ticket. Everything interconnects so that you can easily get from point A to point B, or C, with only 1 or 2 clicks.
Status
Suite is a mature application that has been under heavy use for almost 6 months at our company (as of April 14th 2009). We have decided to fork this project into a closed-source version that we can enhance and split into industry specific versions, and add this software package to our product line. I will continue to contribute to the open source version, but my primary responsibility for the next few months (maybe a year), will be the closed-source version.
Please feel free to download and use the open-source version, modify it to your liking, whatever you want. Its a great application that has really helped SabreTech streamline their information workflow. I also hope you will check out our new closed source versions in the future, I will post links to them here as they are released.
